How Does an Audio Guest Book Work?
Once you’ve secured an audio guest book for your big day, the process is straightforward. The couples could send us a voice message for us to place in the phone as their “caller ringtone message” for their guest to listen to before leaving a message.
For the best audio quality, we will set up your device in a spot that is away from the noise yet visible enough so it won’t be overlooked by guests. Typically it will be located at the entrance of the venue. A standby crew will be on duty throughout the event in order to brief your guests on how and what to do as guestbooks are fairly new in the market. There will also be an instructional sign next to the telephone to give your guest some hints/guidelines on what to say
What should guests expect? Typically, they can expect to walk up to the phone, pick up the receiver, listen to the pre recorded message form the host of the event and then leave their message. Messages are saved and stored in the phone until they are transferred to a USB drive.
